Beginning his career at Cougar in 2007, Tim gained hands-on experience in accounting and project management, immersing himself in all aspects of the business.
2017 - 2020
Tim's dedication and expertise led him to join the Leadership Team as Chief Operating Officer in 2017, where he played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s strategic direction.
2020 - Present
Promoted to President in 2020, Tim has continued to drive Cougar’s success, fostering growth and innovation. That same year, Tim launched the Building Value Podcast, showcasing the people behind the scenes in building operations and their impact on daily life.

What is your ideal room temperature, and why?

Depends on the humidity and time of year! In the summer, probably 72 at 40-50% RH, winter 68-70 at ~40% RH.

What is your absolute favorite thing about working for EAB?

I love that the products and services we provide help buildings work so the people inside can do theirs. I’m proud that we get to support hospitals in the Texas Medical Center and many other iconic buildings across the Houston Skyline and many others across the US.

What do you like to do on your days off?

Coaching and playing sports with my kids, playing golf with the whole family, supporting my community through the Wilchester Men’s Club.
